Your new role Based in our Hays office in Kraków - we are the world’s leading recruiting experts in qualified, professional and skilled people.You will need to provide administrative support to your French team that will ensure Hays Talent Solutions meet their service requirements to the client. You will be providing coordination & administration support. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks from supporting the team. Duties and responsibilities will include and not limited to: you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process such as uploading required vacancy details for new roles onto the Recruitment Management System liaising with Hiring Managers to obtain any missing information and to ensure required vacancy approvals are obtained uploading job adverts onto internal portals and external job boards as required arranging interviews and administration What you'll need to succeed Fluent in French and English is a must Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work under pressure Must be a team player with a good positive attitude Accurate data entry and proven IT Skills (MS Office, Outlook) Experience of chasing information in a confident professional manner Ability to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships: internal and external What you'll get in return It is extremely varied, fast paced and includes all matter of experience within different fields.
